The Chuckling
The chuckling, now that’s unusual isn’t it?
The chuckling is created by removing the main bones from a free range duck, “we leave the leg bones in” then we carefully place a boneless chicken inside, then stuff it with our award winning Cumberland sausage meat stuffing
The result is crispy duck skin, with moist and tender duck, chicken and tasty sausage meat per slice, how could that be wrong?
