In view of the recent geographical indicator placed on CUMBERLAND SAUSAGE, we have now re named the sausages that made me Supreme National Sausage Champion to; LIKE CUMBERLAND ONLY BETTER!  these are a thicker sausage than normal infused with herbs and spices, normally sold in a ring but we link ours, you will get about 6 sausages to 500g. They are a great breakfast or lunch time sausage and one not to be missed!

Come on Cumbria, if you had made yours as nice as mine you wouldn’ have had to go to all that trouble, up the Lancashire lads!

Cooking tip!

for best results these sausages are always best slowly pan fried with a touch of olive oil, all our sausages are low fat so you can

afford to do this!
