Dry Aged Rump steak
This locally produced steak is both tender and very tasty.
Cooking Tip:
for best results oil the steak and not the pan, season and then cook quickly in a very hot frying pan no more than a couple of minutes per side.

Oil the steak and not the pan, season and quickly pan fry in a hot pan for approx two minutes each side and set aside in a luke warm oven for the same time before serving.
