Homemade Lamb lancashire Hotpot
Made using our locally produced lamb, combined with carrots, leeks, onions and thin sliced potatoes that have been buttered to give them a golden brown finish, it comes in a handy foil container so straight in the oven and no washing up afterwards.

Fresh re heating instructions are as follows;
Pierce the film lid and place in a pre heated oven 180 degrees or gas 5 for 35 mins it may need another 5 mins, check to make sure piping hot!
Please note, cooking from frozen will take longer than the instructions quoted above, as all ovens cook differently the product must reach a centre temperature of at least 76 degrees for two minutes!
