Merguez Sausages
I first saw these sausages in France, Merguez sausages are made using lamb or beef, and some times both, they are based on a north african theme using harrisa, ceyene and cinamon.

Cooking tip!
for best results these sausages are always best slowly pan fried with a touch of olive oil, all our sausages are low fat so you can afford to do this!
and in the unlikely event of sunshine even bar b que!
