These Flixton style Chorizo sausage are National Gold Medal Winning, these are not the same as the chorizo salami, this is our own version which is punchy, tasty and just a litte tongue warming, Fab cut up pan fried, served with pasta dishes or as tapas!

Cooking tip!

for best results these sausages are always best slowly pan fried with a touch of olive oil, all our sausages are low fat so you can afford to do this!
