Free range Duck

Our geese are from Edward Wilkinson in York, these are free range grass fed birds, free to roam and forage, this in turn imparts a happy and flavoursome Duck.

these ducks are dry plucked and matured for maximum taste and crispness of skin.

Ducks and geese are wild fowl that have flavour some red meat, although ducks are very tasty they do not produce a high yield of meat,  so a duck will weigh approx 2.5 to 3kg max and will feed 3 – 4 people
