Bistro Rump steaks
These locally reared extra lean steaks are just the ticket for; Taste, tenderness and because they are trimmed of all fat are very healthy
the steaks come in two sizes
Approximately 6oz steaks (enough for one person)
approximatly 8oz steaks (enough for a hungry person)
oil your steaks, season well with sea salt and cracked pepper prior to cooking and pan fry in a smoking hot *dry non stick pan for exactly two minutes each side, then place in a luke warm oven to rest for 5 minutes before serving, this will give a slightly bloody steak, for well done its 2 minutes each side then an extra minute each side, then in the oven for 5 minutes, Enjoy!!
* do not add oil to the pan when cooking it’s not needed, just oil the steaks!
