Order Delivery & Collection from store Information

Place your order the day before, for a next day delivery, Orders are generally allways delivered after 2pm and can continue up to 8pm (please note; during the Covid19 crisis times may vary) orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge within a 10 mile radius. Below this, we add a charge of £19.99 to cover delivery. We have a refrigerated delivery van which ensures that your meat is fresh on delivery

You may have your order delivered to your home or place of work, but please be aware that meat produce will need to kept refrigerated at all times after delivery

Delivery to addresses over a 10 miles radius are charged a flat rate delivery charge of £14.99

You will be given the option to choose your delivery date when you place your order

please be aware that it is almost certain that during the current covid19 situation that orders placed will never be processed that day and will almost certainly need 24 hours for completion before they are ready for collection after 2pm unfortunatley there may be a queue at the shop and there is no way around this.

 

Cancelation or customer not present

We regret that due to the very short timescale involved in processing fresh meat orders, you cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed, in the event that an order is delivered and the customer is not in or has not left provision for the order to be left, a re-delivery will carry a charge of £19.99, this applies to locally delivered orders only.

Christmas Delivery Charges

During December and early January we reserve the right to add an additional home delivery charge to all orders, collection in store will always remain free. If there is an additional home delivery charge on the date you’ve selected, the charge will show next to the total within the checkout area.
