Homemade lamb Kofta

Low in salt & nicely spiced but not hot,  lamb kofta, these can be grilled, bar b qued or baked in the oven nice with greek salad, probably need two each for adults  1 per a child

This is a quick and easy meal option ideal for mums on the run, Kids love em!
