  We are currently the 'Champions of the North West of England 2004/5' for our range of carefully crafted hand made sausages, we are confident that you will enjoy our wide range of beautiful sausage.
  You will note that our sausage contain very little fat, this is one factor that people comment upon on a regular basis.

  These are a handful of the range of sausage we produce. Not all the sausage will be available fresh weekly. Some stock may be held frozen, these are product and date labelled and will have a 12 month shelf life from production date.

  For maximum freshness we have a vacuum sealing service for your sausage, great if you want to keep them in the fridge for in the week with a ten day fridge life this saves freezing and de-frosting!
