We stock only the finest English and Scottish
beef. Your beef will have been matured (hung) in our temperature
controlled enviroment until your order is ready.
• All our cattle are under 24 months old and are hand
picked.
• We have a full traceability system connected with
each animal starting at the farm until at arrives
with us.
